For those who want a more intense version, I have put one together HERE. The odds of getting "game over" in a certain number of spins are same as the original game. It's just that the punishments are harsher. I just heard from Luke F. on KIK who played it. He ended up having to do 70 spins :-( but he did end up nice and very sore!
