Not even kinda. This is against the law. Probably public indecency as a minimum if they call the police. It isn't worth it!

I did a less extreme version of this recently - went to a campsite where the only showers I could find were in a unisex washroom with only a shower curtain for privacy (and no dry space behind it for your clothes). I just went for it, but no one walked in (at least I didn't notice anyone) as I think I was up too early. Later in the day people started doing guard duty for their mates, where a couple would shower whilst on advised folk against going in the washrooms from outside, :/
I've done a few naked saunas with a mixed sex group when travelling eastern europe before though; although had to take my glasses of as they kept steaming up!
