New bra size

I recently went to get a bra fitting done. I found out I was now a 30E, whereas previously I wore 32 C.
I was wondering what I should do with some of my old bras, and ideas?

Just a random question here: How the fuck do you not realize your breasts grew 3 cup sizes up? Going from a C to an E, I would assume, would be very noticeable, if you pay attention to your body. Did your breasts not spill out of your old bra if there are an E now?

But you could sell them online. Plenty of people like buying used bras for certain reasons.

Even in a C, my boobs would hardly spill out, they wouldn't even bulge out. I used to be a B but they grew in a year to a C, and so I was busy around that time and only managed to get a bra fitting done now. C do feel comfortable. The E give a proper structure to my boobs now. I don't really know XD

it gave most of it's old bras to a cross-dressing friend who was too embaressed to buy them himself! Or, you could always use them for things like tack bras so you don't have to ruin nice ones.

Let's not forget that a 32C equals a 30D in cupsize. So the change was not THAT big, but nevertheless you should have felt uncomfortable in your old bra.

I agree with some suggesting that you keep at least one of your old bras to use it as tack bra for dares and punishments. And if you get that many bras left, well then donate them to charity organisations.

This is actually a really common confusion about how bra sizes work!

The number represents the band size, which should be your ribcage measurement (just under the breasts) in inches, plus 4 -- or 5, if the measurement was an odd number.

The cup size is then determined by the difference between the band size and your full bust measurement (over your breasts themselves). A C cup, for example, means the breasts themselves measure about 3" bigger than your band size, while a D cup is 4", and an E cup (in Europe, or DD in the US and UK) is 5".

So while it sounds like a 32C bra is much smaller than a 30E, if you do the math, you discover...
32 C: Underbust = 27-28 inches; breasts = 35 inches
30 E: Underbust = 25-26 inches; breasts = 35 inches

Since most non-specialty bras run 32A to 40DD in stores at best, it's not uncommon for women to assume they have a 34 to 38 band size, since that's what's most commonly available, and find the closest cup size from there. But since the band provides most of the support for the breasts, and the cup size just indicates how deep they are vs. the band, switching to a new size can be more comfortable.

....I know how bras work. And I'm not really mistaken? I'm saying that if your breasts are increasing in size, how do you not realize that about your body? If you look everyday in the mirror, you should notice how the bra is reacting to your body, if your chest feels heavier, etc.

I'm asking more about how she didn't notice the changes in her body than the science behind the bra sizing.
