5 minutes
I did the 5 minutes. I am at a friend's house while they're out of town...at first I was thinking it was exciting to do CT somewhere different. By the middle, I wanted to put my arms down and was thinking this wasn't so different after all.
 Hands on head is not my favorite position, and I've only done 5 minutes that way once. By the end, I was hoping I would be done soon! My nose did come off the wall once.
