Your suggestion implies blackmailing people into a forfeit to save potentially life threatening exposure. I think this game falls into the fun category over the enforcement, and if people decide they don't want to play they don't play; I'm sure you've hovered a spoiler before or opened a thread and decided "meh actually I don't want to do that". The point is not to force people, it's to dare them.

That's a good point and it doesn't have to be a blackmail pic, was really just an example. The point is some people aren't going to play because taking the actual required pic is a punishment in and of itself depending on what they roll, when the general purpose is to try to do well enough to avoid punishment.
