No posts for a long time. I think we should do something a abit harder to get this thread fit again. So, try this:
Run as long as you can with steady pace, but at least 2 miles. After that, go back home and do situps(60), pushups(30) and jumping jacks(80) until you fail. The number behind the exercise is the minumum number of reps for that exercise you have to complete without rest. If you fail, do this dare tomorow again bith a quarter less reps(round up).
