Install Qustodio and block 3-5 categories of your choice. Repeat this daily until everything is blocked. The day after that you may remove the restrictions again.

For 1 week: block all categories.
Whitelist getdare and any sites you NEED.
Each time you want to visit a new domain name flip a coin. Heads- whitelist it. Tails: blacklist it.
Clear those whitelisted/blacklisted sites at the beginning of each day.

I will not put information in my sig.

To start off flip a coin for every category - if it is tails it gets blocked.
The next day you may flip a coin again for each blocked category. If it's tails it stays blocked. If not you can unlock it.
Repeat this once a day until all your categories are unblocked again

Install Qustodio and set your daily time limit to 2 hours (up to 5 max) and make ALL website categories allowed.

Each day disable 3 categories and increase the time limit by 30mins-1hour.

By the time you have no time restrictions, you should be blocked from all (most) websites

Feel free to experiment with this idea in other areas as well if you like.

Day 3: 5 hours,5 apps.

By day 7, you will have 10 hours and 10 apps.

Install salfeld. Set PC limit to 6 hours a day, Web filter on age 12+ and set security to disable time settings and task manager. keep these settings for 2 dice rolls.
