Both you and a friend find a biking trial on or create one as public as your friend wants to go, cross a road add a few busy areas, go past a county pub or what not.

Wear bright clothes
Wear as many layers as you want
I'd bring a go pro to capture people's reactions

Cycle to a discrete start point.
When you have a bit of privacy your friend will show you the route as long or far as she likes make it an hour bike ride if you dare.

You must then take off all your clothes and hand them to your friend.

Attach a dildo or vibrator to the bike seat and if your daring a butt plug

Put in head phones while your friend selects a song for you to listen to look at the route on the map

As soon as the song starts your friend will go on ahead with your clothes

You can leave once the song ends, the longer the better, but you have to put your shoes on and helmet safety first

Your friend will drop your bright clothes on the way so id keep an eye out the longer the route the further apart they'll be.

Don't get distracted by other bright things on the way and remember. Putting Somthing on takes time she moves ahead

Have you been dropped off there, or do you have your car and car keys with you?
Day or night?
How many floors?
The car park is a 30 minute drive or walk from your hometown?

1) Slowly walk a naked lap around the perimeter of the roof. Stick your head out over the side so you can get a good feel for what's below on the ground at every edge.
