I'm getting an error message that says could not find the server check your internet connection and try again. Anyone know what might cause that?

Never mind I fixed the problem by opening a port in the firewall...

Uggh the problem happened again, is this a temporary problem or is my firewall still messing with me?

OK Does anyone know how I can open the proper port in my firewall to listen to the messages I don't want to take down my firewall every time I want to listen.
