I've used computers most of my life

I started out on a Texas Instrument computer that plugged into a TV
I was doing BASIC programming before I could really read
I remember using Apple II and IIe computers at elementary school
Then around 3rd or 4th grade, I got an IBM compatible computer that ran DOS
When I first saw windows 3.1 around middle school or high school, I thought it was really cool
Windows 95 came out right before I graduated high school
My next computer had Windows 98...... I installed a bootleg copy of Windows 2000 when that came out and half of my drivers didn't work
My dad had a laptop with Windows ME..... that sucked
I then had a laptop with XP when I decided to go back to college and get a degree
Switched to an iMac because my degree's in photography
Also have a laptop with Windows 7 on it for work stuff

I had my own pacard bell, which ran on windows 98. As a matter of intrest, on the 2nd august (today) it is the 30th birthday of MS-DOS, which was released in 1981.

I totally rocked Windows 3.1 and many versions of DOS.

My favorite old-timey OS was GEOS on the mighty Commodore 64 <3 <3 <3

I then learned BASIC programming and Applesoft
Then, I moved into a Coleco ADAM with Extended Basic Utilities and CPM
Windows 2 and 3.1 came out around high school... started learning FORTRAN and COBAL
Windows 3.11 came out when I started college
Windows 95 came out when I moved into 3000 level classes (You gotta start it up!)
Windows 98 came out after I graduated and got a real job.
I skipped over XP and kept 98 on both of my laptops until I got Vista on a Desktop about 3 years ago.

I don't actually remember as I was quite young. But I remember having to go through Dos and needing to use the tab button as there was no mouse.
