Wow, these are good exercises that seem to be fairly strenous. I'm glad I don't have a master to make me do them!!!

Good morning!
Equipment: Two strings
Clothing: During this exercise the slave should be free from clothing on the upper part of the body. Preparation The slave is to tie the end of one of the strings to her left nipple and the end of the other string to her right nipple. The slave should then tie the other ends of the strings to her big toes (left to left, right to right) so that when the slave attempts to stand up straight she should feel discomfort (or pain, depending on preferences) from the pull on her nipples. Exercise In the starting position, the slave is to stand with her feet shoulder-wide apart in an (almost) straight-up position with her knees slightly bent. Begin the motion by bending at the hip, moving them back until the back is near parallel with the ground, at this point the knees should be bent about 20-30 degree. The slave is then to reverse the motion, using only her thigh muscles to bring herself back to the starting position. The exercise should be performed 3 times after each other with a minutes rest between the sets, each set should consist of between 20 and 40 repetitions. It is important that the strings are not so stretched that suddenly returning to a straight-up position would cause any tearing to the nipples. Additional notes The bodyweight on its own is not very much for this kind of exercise, although performing it in a gym with a barbell would probably cause a scene. When the slave is fit enough so that this exercise can be performed without problems the number of sets and repetitions should be heavily increased. |
