Good. Here is another one. When at home you should wear a crotch rope. When you sleep attach it to something overhead. Make sure the crotch rope is nice and tight.

Since it will keep your plug in I think you deserve to have a little pain. If you have clothes pins but them on your nipples with some weights. Also make sure your crotch rope goes through your pussy lips. Also add toothpaste to the crotch rope for added fun. Oh and if you do the earlier task just dont bend over. You can only eat twice a day at the 7's (7am and 7pm). You should only eat stuff that you are not the biggest fan of. When ever you exercise you must have clamps on your nipples and pussy with weight attached. Do jumping jacks with those on. Do squats with plenty of weight attached to your crotch rope. Make sure those hang around your knees. Do 150 of each.

Let's specify your meals a bit. Prepare a good warm dinner in the evening. After preparing, put everything in the blender; add water if needed; and make it into a nice homogeneous paste. Put it in the fridge and eat it in the morning at 7am. For you evening meal, you can only have breakfast products….

As for exercising: always exercise for 30 minutes after you have dressed to leave the house. Preferrably use a treadmill and do an interval training, making sure you are exhausted and sweaty when you leave the house ;-).
