As for the wooden spoon busts, I got to it as quickly as I could. I've been slow as I've been training hard as it's pre-season for me as a rugby player so I haven't been able to do as much as I like due to muscle fatigue and stiffness, plus a lot of business on my end with looking for jobs and spending time with family.

In the end I chose various music from various boybands, and spread the busts over multiple sessions. I chose mostly old-school stuff, like Westlife and Take That. I hated having it on as I HATE HATE HATE this kind of music! Made it a lot tougher to smile. Needless to say afterwards I cleansed the music from my ears with lots of metal and rock!

As for the busts themselves, horrible as always, but I'm getting kind of more used to long sessions of busting repeatedly. I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but does anyone else feel a lot more conscious of the size of their balls since getting into busting them? I feel them a lot more in the day to day. Not just aches, but awareness of their presence more so than before I guess.

1000 ball busts was so excessive though, I really don't want to do them again. It really sucked and hurt so bad that I felt I could barely breathe between each bust.

Please let me request leave from this thread again, as per the rules that gives me 1 day and three regular girls or one royalty have to post to stop me leaving. So I hope you have mercy on me.

I will get to these in the morning. Push ups are really going to be hard for me to do with my current muscle fatigue though!
