Couple ways of looking at it.

From a "Given time to really think about it" standpoint and a "This guy has a gun quick do something" standpoint.

If I had to really think about it, there are a few, probably 1 really close female friend, and 2 girls I used to be really really close to but drifted apart from, and then my parents. None of my male friends simply cause I feel like I should protective females and not males, not too sure. I'm way closer with my female friends.

But if it was just a split second choice honestly probably anyone. If I'm going to die I might as well do it in a way that saves someones life so I can be remembered as a hero, right?

I would take a bullet for my family. But if i saw that an innocent person was going to get shot i would take a bullet for a stranger too.

There's a very short list of people I'd take a bullet for. I'd say only a handful of the people I know.

Well.. If I've got time to dive in front of the gun, I'd probably have time to hit the guys arm so the shot went flying the wrong way, so I'd try that.

But yeah, if all I could do to save someone's life was to jump in front of them I probably would.

Where abouts would I be taking the bullet? If it's like in my leg or somewhere that wouldn't kill me there are a few people I would take it for. If it would kill me, well, that's a hard question to answer.

Good point, if it's being non-fatally shot it's a different matter to laying down your life for another. Apart from family, then there's probably only a couple of people who I'd be prepared to die for.
