Drink as many glasses of water as you can in 2 hours but you aren't allowed too pee until the end of the time

per cup =1 day reduction

if you pee in that time span you add 3 days

If you have less a week of denial, add a day.

If you have more than a week of denial, you may pick an optional reduction task:
