Roll a dice, then use that number of needles
(roll 2 times, one for each of your nipples).

Take a cork (or something similar, maybe just a ball of tape)
and stick the needle/needles into, with the sharp point/points
pointing outwards in one direction 2 millimeters apart. Then
use 2 forks and stick them into the cork from opposite directions
pointing down below the point of the needle/needles so that
you can easily balance the needle/needles on you finger.

Sit in a chair with straight back and balance the corks/needles
on your nipples. Then use nothing but your hand to cum, and
remove the corks 5 minutes after cumming - no touching of
the corks/needles/forks/nipples before that time.
