Aerobics/Cardio Dares
Hello all, again I am here, seems the person that directed me to do the initial work out was... Well to be honest not great at describing things even after I asked and try to get more info... So really he is just too well lets just drop it....
Anyway, It seems that work out was for 2 weeks not one and each one was suppose to be one week then other week which tbh he never said so besides getting me mad, he also got me to not trust him as much as I should... Over all I plan to do the workouts again for another week starting on wedesday, and I will need either, a new workout to do or the Cardio/Aerobics part. Here is the two work outs: Full Body Bodyweight Workout Whole Body Conditioning Workout For Women Over all, you can either add dares to the current workout which would add to fun or just give me the Aerobics/Cardio like last time. Also at end of week is a Walk/Jog for one hour I can do so add to it if you want... Dress... Dare.. so on... I live near a HWY but I can go in woods, hiking so on.. As always if it needs me to get items I do not have, it will have to wait for a future dare, also, you are more then free to recommend items to get or clothing so on... If it's fairly cheap I can get some now rest later... Over all I need at least 5 for the cardio/aerobics so that is the goal, I plan to start them wedesday. Each one I get done I will post here instead of a blog on how it went. Any questions ask away and you are more then free to PM me =3 |
