I just did this dare, I got:

3 painful

My fingers were going cold hlding the ice cube to my nipple so I used a towel to hold it there, my nipple was really red by the end but it didn't feel too bad.

The clothespeg on my shaft I hardly felt but I had to move the one on my balls a couple of times.
