Ok a nice and simple one. Take it in turn to play a game of chicken while your friends are there. But just between you are Charlie.

So if you remove your bra, charlie does too. If charlie goes into the kitchen and strips for 30 seconds, so do you.

The first one to whimp out of get caught loses. They do a forfeit of the losers choosing?

We'll do this actually but we're going to get everyone to join in and stuff.

Everyone went home a while ago other than Oli and Charly and I think it's about time we went to sleep.

Charlotte is coming over to stay tonight and I figured we might be feeling brave enough for dares. We're just in the mood to do something exciting, I also still have one forfeit saved up that I can make her do whenever because she lost a competition/game thing.

My family are in but they won't be able to hear us up here if we stay in the bedrooms, maybe if we go out onto the landing so hopefully we can keep quiet. My room and one other room on this floor have huge windows but we're pretty high up. We'd prefer to stay inside because it's cold but we're open to ideas.

Only definite things I can think of for limits are poop/pee, extreme pain, social suicide/super obvious public and involving my family. Other than that we're willing to try new things, maybe

See if you can guess what object has been put into your knickers. For each time you get wrong, you remove one item of clothing. If you get it right, remove one item from the other girl. Take it in turns to put (and then remove after the guess) objects in each others knickers until one of you ends up naked and is the loser.

Take it in turns to pick a random object in the house, and the other person must describe in detail how they would use it to make themselves cum! First person to be unable to do this loses.

Another chicken race you two can do is to push your naked tits against the window with the lights out the longest, the looser gets to do a forfeit to the winner, let the people on here decide what the forfeit is to.

If you have christmas decorations out yet- dress each other up as christmas trees!

For more fun- Play any sort of game/competition (could be another dare, dunno) The loser has to be a naked christmas tree- the winner can decorate them however they choose, including with pens, lights, tinsel etc, and the loser then has to stand there until the winner lets them get dressed.

So we did this one with blindfolds because we don't trust each other not to cheat

The first two objects I got were super easy (a leather glove and a ice lolly which was just cruel) so I guessed those correct so I removed Lottie's shorts and socks (to be nice.) Left her with knickers, a tshirt, a hoodie and her bra.

I got the third and fourth wrong which were a refreshers bar a round eyeshadow thing and I lost my hoodie and leggings which left me with knee high socks, a long sleeved top and my underwear x2.

Lottie got her first one correct - I lost my bra (left with socks, top, knickers)
second and third wrong - She lost her tshirt and hoodie (left with bra and knickers)
and fourth correct - I lost my top (left with socks and knickers, it's a hard knock life)

On my next turn I got it wrong again (I thought it was a bracelet and it was a anklet and Lottie says I still lost) so I lost my precious socks, she wanted to choose knickers but the game would have ended then. (left with knickers)

Charlotte got it wrong next and I took her bra which left us in the same position (left with knickers muhaha)

I actually got the next one right so Lottie lost her knickers first but she tried to steal mine anyways and it just became too much effort to run about trying to keep them on. She's rather skilled in the art of pantsing.

We did do this by taking turns by the way it was just easier to type it this way.

We have decorations but they are all already up and it would look funny if we went downstairs, snatched them and came back up here
More would be fun, we'll do them after we've watched this show.
