Try keeping a cucumber in your ass for a weekend (so it's not public). You should fuck your ass with it at least 10 minutes every hour, more if possible.
During the week you should keep it in your ass at all times when at home (replacing if it gets old) including while you sleep, wearing tight panties can help keep it in.

hairband26, i think this is something you don't possibly understand, the goals are far beyond normal humuan function ... and acceptence. That is kind of the point. Also some people may be happy to live that way. In this day an age, being uninformed is simply being unable to google.
