The costumes' choice is perfect! When choosing what to wear underneath the cloak, take into account that it may be not so comfortable dancing all time dressed like that, so you may want to take it off at some time during the party.

I have an idea for a game (not so much of luck) to play at work, that could get Silvy more involved...

It's based on a rule the first player selects, the other players have to guess it. The player who guesses wins a point (or in your case, strips the other one of an item of clothing).

Example:

Player A select a rule (without telling anyone, maybe writing it on a paper, for transparency): all blue objects pass through the door.

Then says: "My blue marker passes through the door"
At that point player B and C (Sab and Sylvie) will ask "Does your red marker pass through the door?" (You should answer "No", because it doesn't obey the rule) Or "Does your coat pass through the door?" etc.
When a player guesses the rule, they get a point (in a standard game). You could do that who guesses correctly strips the other player of an item of clothing.

Next turn, the one who guessed, makes the rule. Keep going until one (ideally Sylvie) is naked

we had our coffee.. and we already made a group on whatsapp, but first we have to do something..and Silvy proposed something ..risky
We have to go talk with boss (not only the 3 of us but going to talk with him one by one, first will be Silvy at 4.40pm I will go at 5pm and Sab at 5.20pm after me ) and Silvy told us:
