Punishment for procrastinating

I must be punished for procrastinating - both at work and personal goals related. I am very lazy and I have a big problem with not being able to get up on time and sleeping too much.

Put an alarm clock at 6 am, and every time you wake up later than that, look the time: every hour will be 100 swats to your pussy, and every additional minute will be the number of twists to your nipples, JUST for waking up late. (Example: wake up at 8:08? 2 hours -200 swats, 8 minutes, 8 twists). Do that AS SOON as you wake up.

If you also go to sleep later than 10 pm, do the same with the exceeding time after 10 pm.
Same here, do it before going to sleep. You'll have to remember the feeling on the next morning.

This should help you get up on time and go to sleep by 10pm.

If you still procrastinate, after this, pm me for more punishment.
