Anal training

Recently i have deiscoverd some dildos around the house and well i can fit the smaller one up my arse fairly easily, using lube. this is probably about 8inches and a girth of about 5 inches. But the others i wanaa work upto are 10inches with 6.5inch girth and a 12inch with about 7inch girth, just wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how to work upto these bigger sizes??
