As the title states, I am asking for encouragement to get into better shape. I need punishment for getting lazy on my dieting, shaving and exercise.

I don't know what you shave exactly but if you want a reason to shave then wax one leg only. Below the knee will do. Leave the other untouched so now you have to shave daily.

If you deserve more punishment do one side of your chest the next time you break a rule. Half your pubes for the time after that.

Should I trim the hair first or leave it as is? Its pretty long right now
