Some things
Every time after catching a Pokemon you will change your wedgie like shoulder wedgie, frontal bra connection wedgie or back wedgie
Change every time a Pokemon is catched

Regarding accessories
On 4
I will twist the clamps 5*number of pokeballs used to catch a Pokemon
On 5
You will walk barefoot and your outfit would be sports bra and shorts
On 6
I think all the things should be doubled by 2,the Pokemon to catch the tasks number

oh on the rare chance you catch a legendary you have to pants yourself and pull back your pants as soon as possible (only if this doesnt break limits stuff)

Sure, why not. I am thinking about including optional rules, so i will include it there.

If you catch this you will be hypnotiesd too
You will ask random strangers too tuck your wedgie and give yourself a 15 mins hanging wedgie

How about for every shiny you manage to catch you have to go to a hidden public place and take a selfie with your pants down (showing the wedgie, of course)

Each time you miss a catch, you must act like the pokemon you missed for 30 seconds. IE Down on all 4's, making the pokemon's noise and whatever other sounds/acts may be applicable to it. This stacks with each ball missed until you catch the pokemon or it gets away.
