Right. Since last suggestion won't work as Susanne is online only here's an alternative.

You're to wear jeans with two pairs of knickers underneath. But instead of belt you get a waist length chain can be locked with a padlock so you can't get your jeans off without the key which you make inaccessible if possible.

You must wear those locked jeans continuously all day minimum 15 hours. Each day reduces your sentence by 150 but anything less than 15 hours continuous counts for nothing.

For your punishment triple the days added, for a total of 1,265,040

I would like to propose two new new standing tasks Run it off (X, Y) and Pushed to The Edge (X, X/10)
For run it off you have to run or jog X km and you succeed remove X days from your denial. For Pushed to The Edge (X, X/5) you have to do X pushups with no breaks longer than a minute and if you succeed you remove x/5 edges.
These have the potenital to take a lot of time off fast, but you list exercise dares as a hate so it seems fair.
