Spelunky 2 Dare: Death Punishment Tasks

I've been playing a lot of spelunky 2 and thought of making a dare to add a punishment for dying. Something that happens a lot in this game ^^

Spoilers warning: there will be minor spoilers for the game, like names of some the areas, an item name and where certain special levels are. But no major spoilers like what to do to progress to new areas.

For this dare, every time you die in the game you will have to perform a task, you can either do your task before playing a new run or keep a note of all the deaths of your play session and do the dares at a later moment. Alternatively you can watch someone play the game, like on a twitch steam, and use their deaths for this dare.

The level you died on will determine what task to perform, as further you progress in your run, the harder the task tend to become.

There are 5 categories of tasks for this dare: Deepthroating, Anal, Pain, Edging and Licking
To see what category you are going to do your task for, choose a game mode before starting playing the game.
In Regular mode what killed you in game will determine your type of task. In Random mode what killed you in game won't matter, instead you will have to roll to see what type of task to get.

If any category or particular task goes agains your limits just replace it with another category

Obs.: Ankh ressurection does not count for this dare, only the death that ends your run.

Regular mode:
For this mode the cause of death will determine your task category.
The cause of death is whatever made you lose your last hp, so if a enemy hits you into spikes, the cause of death will be considered the spikes(Trap category), not Enemies.
