Buy a lolly or cadburys flake or similar. Go to a public place and very innocently but deliberately eat your lolly/flake as if it was a cock that you were trying to give as much pleasure as possible. Vary the action with plenty of in and out strokes. Count how many people clock what you are doing.

It just makes me realise with the Ice lolly's, Twister.

Like first its green which could designate that it is dirty..
Then after sucking on it for a while, It becomes white..
Then once you suck on it loads it becomes red.. Which designates blood..
