Since (almost) everyone would pick underwear and soft, I've tweaked the rules slightly.

I prefer naked and soft at least when in public. There's the embarrassment and excitement of being seen naked but if I'm soft it makes me less threatening so the person seeing me is less likely to call the cops on me. I've had people see me soft in public and they mostly ignore it or treat it like a joke.
