I'm, uncut, but yet I dont ever produce any Smegma. Ive never had any precum before.

I have a odd feeling, i might have low testosterone levels, but i have no idea how to explain this... I have some man boobs and i find that i am quite emotional sometimes...

No idea if they are all related... But I thought it was normal for guys to Precum before orgasm, whereas ive never did it before.

From what I know, which is little, it's normal. Not all boys have precum or noticeable amounts.

If you're worried, there's lots of reputable health websites you can look around. I think Planned Parenthood has a site for teens with answers to all those kinds of questions. =)

If I wank straight to orgasm and I'm at least a bit horny, I don't produce precum either. However, if I stimulate myself for a long time, then I ooze some. It's individual I think and you needn't worry. Still if you want to, you can visit a specialist and let him check you.

Visible smegma is something that most people won't see that often if they have decent personal hygiene, cut or not. It tends to get overemphasised in "cut versus uncut"-type arguments, but in truth you shouldn't really expect to see it.

Pre-cum varies a lot from dude to dude and situation to situation. Personally I don't see any unless I've been aroused for a long period, and then I get a fair bit. Even producing none at all is perfectly normal.

So yeah, you have nothing to worry about.

Well smegma is dead skin from down there mixed with other substances , so unless your skin doesn't renew down there , it's very weird xD

Smega is something you're only really going to notice when you are being unhygenic. I pretty much only notice it when I have been travelling all day and haven't had the chance to wash or something like that, and even then its not a visible thing as such.
