Hello All, I decided to post a small easy to do exercise dare, if you did it please comment down below how you liked it and how it went, so I know to post more dares.

This is an easy one, it is also one of my PM Dares =3

Items Needed -
Now, you will need string, rope and weights for this.

Task -
Now for this one males you will tie the weights to your balls or cock, (both if you like) Can be any weight you deemed good enough I would say 1-5lbs to start out with. If you have fishing weights use those on your nipples.

For the girls, this is a bit harder, you can put fishing weights on your nipples and clit or just tie the heavier weights to your breast.

What you will do is a few exercises listed below, with these weights on you. Have fun =3 You can roll a few twenty sided dice to get a random number or just use the ones provided

50 Jumping Jacks
30 Squats
40 Squat Jumps
25 Forward Lunge (each side)
5 minutes Pony run in place (This is when you life your legs at a 90 degree angle and stand upright, making it so you run like a human pony)
