How do you get in THE DUNGEON? doyou have to be bad or good?

One of the MODs will send you an invite with the rules and all that fun stuff if you get invited. I am not sure how they pick. I assumed it has to do with how active you are and if you have decent content when you are active. But I could be wrong.
