It's been so long since I've felt it slide between my cheeks, but I crave that feeling again, I just need the strong hand of another to punish myself.

Pfft, you don't need a strong hand to make it hurt.
Get a cupless sports bra that's just a little to tight, make sure you can un hook it.

Unhook it, pull your thong up to it, and hook it up so that the bra goes through the legholes. Should give you a nice big wedgie. Now leave it in for the rest of the day, or however long you can take it.

If you don't know how to do the wedgie, look up "bra connection wedgie"
