There's maybe 5-10% of questions I'd answer more if anonymously. Otherwise it's all truthful for those that I do.

No. If I decide to post my answers, I answer the questions truthfully. Otherwise it wouldn’t be as fun for me.
If there are questions that I don’t want to asnwer, I just skip the thread. The same goes for when the questions are either dumb or boring.

Same here. The idea of telling truths goes out the window with complete anonymity.

In my opinion, getDare is already more or less anonymous. It doesn't make a difference to me whether my username and avatar are printed next to my answer or not.

Actually, I might even be less likely to answer if I'm completely anonymous. I answer truths to let people know about myself, so being anonymous defeats the purpose. Unless it's a survey, and then I'm just answering to help you out with feedback (anonymity still doesn't matter).

Also, I think answering truths dishonestly is a waste of time, so I answer truthfully or not at all.

If instead the question was "Would you still answer questions truthfully if the answers were posted to your Facebook profile?" then I would say "No."

I already consider myself pretty anonymous on here. Attaching my screen-name to any answers seems fine in that regard. It's just as dangerous or not as being totally anonymous. There's enough electronic signal noise and meta-data to out me should anyone want to go digging and I'm already compromised too much to run for political office, you know, so I don't think total anonymity would look terribly different from how things are now.

In short, I would. But I also answer questions truthfully anyway, trusting in my total anonymity on this site.

I'm the same way. I have alotta fun answering truths. Although I do sometimes change the names of people involved in my truth answers. (If the answer involves another person.)
