How about the hook (rough) side of a piece of velcro straight up the middle where your nipples sit and the loop (soft) side along the sides of the cups. Wear it all day.

Bottle caps. If you have an older bra you don't mind sacrificing for the project, you can collect a lot of bottle caps, and use super glue (dollar store brand. nothing special), and stick the caps to the inside of the bra, so that when you put it on, they press into your skin.
