Help me stay on task, punish me for failing

I need to write about 2000 words a day to reach my writing goal for a novel I'm working on, but I'm having a hard time staying on task, or even finding the motivation to begin these days. I'm not doing anything else productive with my time when not writing, I'm just procrastinating!

Please give me punishments for each day I do not meet my goal!

Each day you forget your goal, you must deny yourself any touching pleasure for a day. It would add up over time...
