Looking for interrogation backstory ideas

So me and a dom I trust completely have been planning on doing a 24 hr interrogation/torture scene. This will be the first time I'm doing an actual role play and so I wanted to have a bit of a backstory. He told me I could decide what the backstory would be, but I'm having some issues thinking of something interesting.
So far I was thinking of maybe being a terrorist and he tries to get info out of me to prevent an attack
Or maybe I'd be a spy and he caught me, but then I couldn't think of any information I could have he'd want..

Anyway... any ideas are welcome and appreciated.

What about the interrogator making you answer all the questions he'd want you to answer. Trying to make you spill are your deepest secrets. Normal secrets, embarrassing secrets, fantasy secrets, etc.

However, if you really want roleplay, then how about a medieval torture chamber. Someone accused you of being something (e.g. stealing or witchcraft) and the dungeoneer tries to scrape out every drop of truth out of you. This scene can be done with lots of pain.
