Give yourself a large enema, and push 2 suppositories in. Put a diaper on then tape all openings so it is hard to remove. then put your plastic pants on and make a ductape diaper over top of them as tight as you can. Lastly tie the rope around waist and up through legs to force you to keep the pants on. After 3 hours you may remove the rope. 2 more hours the tape diaper. 1 hour later, the plastic pants. then endure the diaper for 3 more hours before you remove it
