Camping

I'm going camping in a week with 11 friends and I have 2 problems.

I was woundering if you had any ideas on how to get my friends to play truth or dare, some of them are shy and wont play if I ask them directly. Are there any ways you think I would be able to persuade them to play.
I was woundering if you had any dares I could use. I have a few but need more.

There are 12 girls coming, but they are in a different area.
There are only 12 (Including me) boys in our area of the camp.

ask them what their favourite outside game is and kind out slowly ask them about the idea of truth or dare

get the ones who will be up for it to start the game and hope the others join in. don't push them to join in - dare you to let them just watch!
