well heres how you do it!

you need: an ass,conola oil,a seat.and the back of your foot!

1.take your pants off

2.pour conola oil on your hands!

3.rub it on your but,you have to get your entire but
driping with it be sure to get it in your buthole!

4.wilest keeping your pants down
sit down and lean your foot on the midlle of your ass
and move it around!plus wenether you sit down it will be
all slippery and uncomfortable!

I also dont understand why this is uncomfortable? Aside from the fact its not natural to sit on your foot?
