Other updates:

3. Update on other things

I just did this one. I am going to try to explain it in a linear format, because I think that is easier, but it might not always go right. This is my best attempt:
First off, I made sure I started right after I was allowed to pee, which kind of makes me giggle, but I didn't think sitting in the tub with cold water running on me, with a full bladder was a really good idea!

The Set-Up
