Getting Messy With Disgusting Things

So, I sadly lost a bet and while I normally love getting messy, my friend wants to make it something I will absolutely hate so we are asking around for suggestions for disgusting things to use. It doesn't have to be food per say, but not something too crazy like scat or something harmful. So far we have spoiled milk and wet dog food. If anyone has something they think would be great let us know. I'm sure she will enjoy it. Thank you for your answers

But as for suggestions...

Mustard - great over the face, not fun

Mayonnaise - leaves a great smell haha
Hot sauce - great for those sensitive areas...
Cream cheese - fun to smear and a little smelly
Pickle juice - to gargle with and then spit out over yourself
Ketchup - makes nice shampoo
A can of tuna - just because eww

I would say you should have some raw eggs smashed on you or shoved down your pants as well.
