Regular clit tasks

I have a rule to suction my clit for five minutes at the start of every hour. This is changing from Wednesday to be ten minutes with a deep freeze coat so it's more effective as a... reminder, let's call it, of what my clit should be for.

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for what to do at half past the hour? If it needs active participation for the duration it shouldn't be more than five minutes, but if it's something I can do then leave and remove after a given time then that's feasible.

My nipples will be getting the same treatment from Wednesday, so theoretically I could be up for a half hour reminder for those too.

Get some string. Just before you take the pump off tie it at the base, so when you do take it off your clit stays protruded. Not too tight that you can't get it off though.

I'll add this to the suction part. How long should it stay tied for?

for the half-hour tits, I suggest to pinch them for 5 minutes using your finger nails. Make sure you create visible pinches at a rate of 10/minute. The first pinch should be strong enough to be still visible after the end of those 5 minutes...

How about a little scrubbing with a toothbrush after you rove the pump. Use a random number generator or roll a single die to determine how many minutes you scrub your clit and each nipple.

This could take quite a lot of time depending on the number rolled... Could we agree that a 3 or over I either split evenly between each target or pick one to take it all, and a 2 or 1 I do 2/1 minute on each?

At the half past the hour cover clit and nipples in hot wax, then get the wax off by spanking them with a ruler or brush.

I might have to experiment and see how long this will take - if it takes more than ten minutes at most I might not manage every half hour, but could do it a couple of times a day if it turns out a bit more time consuming.

Splitting the time evenly between all 3 for a 3 or higher is fine.

I don't think I can do this every half hour - spanking the wax off comes quite close to taking longer than I'd hoped, and cleanup of anything missed afterwards added on to that tips it over. I could do it a couple of times a day if you would like, as I said?

Still taking more suggestions! So far I'm looking at the following scheduled:

:00 - deep freeze to clit and nipples followed immediately by 10 minutes suction. Tie off clit (and nipples?) At base before removal.
:12ish allowing for time - roll a die, scrub clit and nipples up to 2 minutes each depending on roll (1-2 full time on each, 3-6 equally distributed)
:30 - pinch tits with fingernails for five minutes. First pinch should still be visible at end, rate of 10 pinches a minute.

Combined with other tasks this should keep me busy but I'm sure I can fit more in... If I miss anything because the hour turns and I'm in another task then I catch up as soon as possible.
