Roving finger of doom

This is a bit like a 'loser has to....' thread, so not sure if it's in the right place.

Here is the game;

The roving finger of doom currently points at post #1 in this thread
(this post).

Players should post dares, tasks or punishments to the thread

At some point, 2 dice are rolled and the roving finger of doom will move on.

The player whose post the finger now points to is now 'it'. S/he
can assign tasks from the list of tasks suggested to any of the players that were skipped when the finger moved on. The 'it' player
cannot assign their own suggested task, nor can they assign a task to themselves.

HOWEVER

If the dice roll is a double, the 'winning' player must now do his/her own
task. In addition, the preceding players can force him/her to perform
their tasks, by posting in the thread. Remember though that each new post is a new entry in the game and remember to attach a new dare to each post.

Examples;

The RFoD points to post 7.

player 8 proposes task A
player 9 proposes task B
player 10 proposes C
player 11 proposes D
player 12 proposes E

The roll is 3+1

player 11 is 'it' and can assign tasks A,B, or C to players 8,9 and 10
in any combination.

Example 2

As above, but the roll is 2+2

player 11 now has to perform task D. Additionally, if players 8, 9, 10
post again, s/he must perform tasks A,B,C as well. The time limit for
8,9 and 10 to post again is the next dice roll.

Any player can roll the dice, once there are at least 12 new posts in the thread (so the RFoD does not overshoot). The result has to be reported in the thread, which means a new entry in the game.

That's it!

Let's see if it works.

Obviously I'm in. My task is 10 edges per day for a week.
