What's the best urethra punishsment?

What's the best urethra punishment? Mine hasn't been punished in quite a while, and it is in need of something intense and effective.

Punishments like IcyHot, Tabasco Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, and stinging nettle stalks come to mind.

What do you think is the best? I'll pick from the answers here.

None of those sound like a good idea. Getting an infection isnt a punishment.
Just buy some sounds and some good clean lube

Thanks for the warning. I've done them all, as have other people, and I know how to do them responsibly. There is a risk, as you indicate, but it's very low and manageable. (I've done sounds and in fact they leave me with longer-term problems, unlike the punishments I mentioned.)

So I'm still seeking other punishments.

Tabasco sauce is definitely the worst of those as far as I'm concerned. But if you want to try something new: get one of these ice cube trays:

Create a long, thin rod of frozen tabasco sauce. Then make that wet, freeze again. Repeat this process until there's a thin layer of normal (water-based) ice over the tabasco. Then insert this frozen mass into your urethra and fuck it slowly until the outer layer of ice melts and the tabasco is released.

Take a sliver of Ghost chili and put it in your urethra - You may use chili juice as lube to make it easier.

Now get a tenderizer and put your cock on a flat surface. Use the tederizer to make a mash of the chili inside your urethra.
