Help?

I cant log into the chat it says that someone else is already on with my username

Any suggestions?!?!?!

There have been some problems with the chat system not logging people out correctly. So it thinks you're still logged in even when you aren't. I'm working on it.

Just for the record, I had that happen to me last night as well. It cleared up after about an hour.

The other problem I have occationally is the chat logging me off saying I've timed out. It will happen repeatedly every couple of minutes over an extended period of time.

I believe the time-out issue happens with me if I spend too long in other tab or window, the system decides I'm not using the chat and logs me out.

Keeps me tuned into the chat, though.

It went away after a couple hours!
So i can get into the chat now.
