needing to get fit
Hi all.
So I have a upcoming job I'm trying to apply for but way out of shape and was wondering if you all could help me force myself to get fit by giving me fun ways to exercise like deepthroating a dildo while doing pushup, or running with a vibe. Obviously anything public would need to be discreet like that so no running naked for example. Please give me a weekly training regime. Core body things i need to achieve. -25 flexed arm hangs -20 push ups -25 sit ups -8 chin ups -2.4km run in 13 minutes -5km walk in 40minutes Thank you <3

I think we need some baseline numbers
Run through each of those and report back how many you can do without stopping to take a break. For the run/walk - how long does it take for you to complete each distance? This is a baseline so give it a good effort. |
