Make me hate my balls

The training exercise that has been prescribed for me today involves punishing my balls, paying close attention to response time.

Everyone is invited to send me a command via KIK:
The command is "PUNISH"
My KIK is: DrOvercum
Repeat commands are invited - with a minimum 60 minutes after a previous command.

Details:
My job is to respond to the PUNISH command with ball busts, as quickly as possible. For every minute that elapses between the time the command is sent, and when I complete the command, I must punch my balls one time. If I complete the command immediately, I need only hit my balls one time. If it takes me 15 minutes, that's 15 hits. If it takes 30 minutes or longer, the max hits is 30.

I will acknowledge completion to the sender for every command completed.
