I was part of an old truthordare site where people could submit dares and you could get a random dare, etc, It didn't have all of these forums, etc. I was always intrigued by T or D as I like the control aspect of giving or taking dares. Anyway, that site was in the process of dying out and not always running properly anymore, so in searching for others like it, I found this one.
