Steve Jobs

I dont know if many of you know this or not but the co-founder of Apple commputers ( things such as the ipod, ipad,) Steve Jobs has past away today. He will be missed. he has layed the foundation for personal computer for what they are today. without steve jobs there maybe no microsoft. he will be very missed. and the reason i didnt put this in a blog was because i wanted people to comment on it and say there condolences. but if its in the wrong place i understand and i am sorry for it.

yes he truely did. i really didnt like apple computer but i do love the ipod one of there best creations he was a true visionary

It's shocking knowing he just stepped down as CEO. He must have hung in there FAR into his illness.

I'm still shocked by the news. The one thing I can see, looking back, is he must have known his time was up, hence stepping down in August. He's gone way too soon, he was only 56, and the world of electronic design may never be the same again. I also feel bad for his wife and four children.

Steve was a visionary and a genius who fostered both innovation and a toxic computing ecosystem. He was just a man but a guy who inspired and drove many.

Without him, I wouldn't be able to earn this amount of money for my age...

Technically speaking, I'm glad that he choose Cook as the new CEO. He deserve to be the next CEO in Apple.

As a person, Jobs ever can't be replaced by even from Bill Gates....

As soon as came onto GD this morning I was going to post this thread but it seems like you got here first. He was an asset to us all and should be remembered for the great things he has brought to our lives such as the iPod, iPad and iPhone. He will be greatly missed in the world of technology.
